can we put ads (such as adsense) in the blog hosted by wordpress?

just to make it sure, as some friends said we can, but the others said we cannot. thx in advance for sharing your experiences

 

Yes you can place adsense ads in wordpress blog. No issues with that.

 

There is not problem at all. Whenever its hosted by Wordpress themselves or your own host, it doesn't matter.

 

Technically it's possible, but make sure it's not against your blog-providers Terms Of Service.

I was always under that understanding that You Cannot Place Adsense on a Free Word Press.com Blog.

Did this change ? As far as I know, from when I had one, only one affiliate link is allowed and no adsense. And I'm not sure about the affiliate link.

 

well if you are using wordpress and want to have ads on your blog then export all your files join choseit.com make a free ad free blog import all your posts then activate the adsense plugins, follow the instuctions next to the plugin adding your pub id and then you can select where you want ads how big etc

 

if u are talking about wordpress.com hosted blogs then NO
But some have found out the way to bypass them ...

yes, that's what i am understanding now. but a friends of mine place any kind of ads, even ptc banners on their blog with free account. she said she never experienced a problem about that.

 

you can't put ads on blog if you host on wordpress.com but you can if sefthost!

 

I think it's possible with plugin.
But i never use free wordpress host.
