Yes, as above said, you can promote it. But nobody can promote the webpage/website having more ads than the content. Google Adwords prohibits such promotions.

Pros:Adwords allows you to get customers searching for particular type of products.
Cons:You can promote via Adwords but your site should have content more than Ads.If ads are more than content,then be careful.This is against google Adwords TOS.
