Can we place Adsense Ads from multiple accounts on the same page simultaneously??

Hi,

I have an article sharing website. Now, I want to allow its users to put their own adsense ads on their article pages. Now I want to do this:

1. 3 Adsense ad units will pe placed on each page.
2. I want to put one ad unit from my adsense account
3. And 2 from the writer's adsense account
4. All three units will be placed simultaneously.

Now, is this allowed by Google?? Let me know.

I have heard that it is not allowed sorry but I may be mistaken
