can we pay one indian paypal ac holder to other indian pp

    can i pay by indian paypal to other indian paypal ac holder through adding my credit card .
    ii> if item is not same as described by seller den can i dispute? if yes den were is coming bk dat paid fund
    in paypal ac or direct debited to credit card ac?

    No, you can't pay from Indian PP to Indian PP even after adding a CC.
    If you paid someone from CC, the money is going to come back in CC only and not PP.

    You can only send the payment to non-indian paypal account using your CC. There is no way you can send the payment to other indian account.

    Then do all online transation

    Not at the moment. But may be they will. PayPal always try to provide full services to us but Govt. of India and RBI are full of craps.
