Try google'ing for it and see it if comes up. A certain "well respected" open source developer got in high water a few years back for plastering a number of questionable sites with his adsense id code and were discovered that way. The code you have may come up on another one of the person's sites and that may be able to be traced via other methods. (ie whois and a domain name search)

Chances are though, it's not going to turn anything up.

No you cannot, if it was so then pub id would not be displayed publicly.

Why would you want to know that?
This information isn't private. However, you can look up the website owner information through the domain whois.

And that's why if you ever get a domain such as england2015, 2018england etc. worldcup, football rugby world cup etc that you should always protect them via whoisguard, I was once highjacked for a 2012 olympics forum and "they" tried to hit me for $40,000 - suffice to say the domain registrar took a dim point of view...BUT GET THIS IT AIN'T ONLINE FRAUD! They had managed to get a "very" dodgy copy of my signature on the "legal" transfer doc..Had to be out of my house mailbox. Hence use whoisguard (Not aff link Mr Moderator) so if you happen to get the next twitter, f\book etc - to at least stand a chance of keeping your web idea yours
