can we have two adsense accounts for a same webpage?

    Yes true its violates TOS but you can put if not same page example page one put your account and page two put accounts your friend or other its not problem and not voilates TOS.

    You can put them...IF you rotate between them.
    They cannot show both at the same time, but you can show one in a pageview, and the other on the next...Or any percentage you like.
