Can we have our own e-book added in G' book search

    Google book search allows you to scan through books which you can purchase through store.
    The publisher sets page limits as how much pages one can view in preview mode through google book search.

    My question is can we have our own e-books added in Google library? so that it'll be in google book search?
    whats the criteria?
    is it only big players &
    not for ebooks publishers?
