I am not talking abt dynamic IPs like 100.100.1.2 and 100.100.3.4

I wanna know can we have something like this : 100.100.1.2 and 23.73.23.4 ..

    I hope u got my point :D

Is these kinda drastic changes in IP possible by any means from the same net connection ?

The only sure way I know is to set up a proxy server before one comp.

    i think proxy hides the IP , n doesn't 'changes' it ...

i will elaborate, for eg in India,if a airtel ISP will be like 125.126.1.1 for a particular city.. and its dynamic IP.. then the last two digits keeps on changing eg 125.126.34.54 but the first two 125.126 will be always static for that city ..

so what i want to know is that is there any way to change the first two as well...

Try to use VPN better than the proxies.

The VPN service is the only way to bypass the IP ranges of ISP's

Can you please explain me too?

I also need a very dynamic range of ip's.

Where can I find loads of vpn's?

Do you guys know of any kind of exchange vpn community?

As far as I know when I buy a vpn service, the ip will always be the same. That doesn't work well for me. I need more ip's.

Can you help me out here?

I will give you guys an overview of what I have at all times: I have 9 different ip addresses at one time from 9 separate countries. This is the business we are in, besides hosting. We are a privacy organization and can do all of this for you guys as well. As expected, this is not a free service, so do not expect it to come free to you guys. But full training and unlimited tech support is available for any of you that wish to become clients of ours.

I disagree with your comment. I can think of at least 2 more additional ways to change your ip address without affecting your computer, your router, or your original isp.
