Can we get traffic through Facebook?

    Hello friends,


    Can we get traffic in face book, twitter and digg websites. we are working daily 3 hours in face book and twitter. We got our pages are all indexed and got back links through face book. But We did not get the traffic through face book.


    If you know the ways to get traffic through face book please share with me. If will be useful for me.

    the best way for getting traffic is , promote your facebook page and get more fan. then post relevant links on the page. the fans wil get the update in there home stream. and interesting links would surely get traffic

    Posting your message on popular pages' walls is a good way to start getting traffic... Then make your own page and invite friends and ask them to invite theirs etc. :)

    yes, with facebook fan pages it is possible or you can post on your facebook wall if you have lot of friends

    Try fiverr to promote your page and get more fans. Their friends will see they joined your page, and if they like it, they will join too!

    Facebook can't get massive traffic by promoting your site through a Fan Page. But don't just rely on FB. There are still ways that you can get traffic to your blog.

    Did you try looking into Facebook ads already? FBADS give me a fair amount of traffic.

    My dear friend, as you have mentioned that you have done a lot of things which you think are required to obtain traffic from such sites mentioned above. However you forgot the most important thing which you GAIN from sites like Facebook and that is "eyeballs". Instead of creating backlinks or just posting your site URLs in the walls of your fan pages or profiles, you have to target the most number of eyeballs in a day. And how would you get that..... ? Simple........

    When you post a single homepage URL of your site in your own profile page, make sure you have a relevant or attractive image, alongside it to display. Then share that post with atleast 10-15 of your friends and tag atleast 50 of your other friends on that image. By doing this, your post will be displayed and available for reviewing on the home pages of all those 60 friends you shared and taged. Also it will be displayed on the homepages of their friends friends homepages too. This is how you get the most number of eyeballs and eventually these viewers will visit your site ;)
