Can We Get Some Clear EPN Do's and Dont's?

I don't know if the EPN team looks at DP regarding it's program. I won't post this on the EPN forum because it's populated by so many who are either an immature ignoramus or have made it their life's work to belittle others. Anyhow, here goes.

In light of the recent large scale expiration of partner accounts, I'd like to suggest that the EPN team should provide those of us who've avoided the chopping block some clearer guidelines. Specifically, there have to be some do's and dont's that could be published without vagueness or ambiguity. I won't burden this post with the obvious. But, there seems to be a sizable segment of banned partners who are reporting that they have played by the rules and been banned, nevertheless. These reports are stimulating some nervous twitching among those who believe they are doing everything right.

My concern is that the rules are so fluid that some abberant event could trigger an algorithm to shoot out the dreaded email expiration notice in spite of all precautions. I run a business which includes operating as an EPN partner. While all businesses entail risk, it's usually possible to calculate risks to a degree that renders the business viable. In all fairness, that's not the case here.

There are some who post regularly post on the EPN forum who will tell you that it's so simple that a five year old would know what is permissible and what isn't. If that's the case, then please send me a five year old.

I think, and that is just what it is, is a thought, they are banning the weakest links, you don't have to break rules to get banned, low stats can do it too. People always inflate their stats here in forums and screen shots can be altered easily. I would hope that if some one is doing well, following simple rules and has normal to great stats that they wouldn't ban you! This is just my opinion as I don't and will never partner with EPN (don't like em too much outside of the publishers world)

I don't understand why Ebay expire the accounts just because they made little money. A lot of CJ merchants do that too. Ebay is a much bigger company than CJ and should put something in the TOS like:
"If you make less than $10 in three months, you will be expired"

    JMHO
