Can we get free domain and web hosting?

Hello friends can u please tell me are there any good websites for free domain and web hostings with good uptime. And in paid domain and web hostings which one is good?

 

you can get a free domain from chi.mp but i dont know where can you find a hosting for free.

But i don't think you can get a generic domain and a hosting for free....
