Can we edit title & description of website from Google Cache ?

Dear All,

I have a website http://www.abc.com which has been redirected to another website http://www.def.com just 4 days back.
In google SERP its showing old title & snippet (description) of http://www.abc.com as site was last cached on 18th Aug 2012. Can we change the meta tags of redirected site http://www.abc.com and get it cached asap?

 

You can do it on Google Webmaster Tools

 

You cant edit the cache page that Google has, but you can update your actual page and ask Google bot to revisit, and next time it does, it will cache your new details.
