    For me, I have found more success with blogs than I have with any other type of site and I've been at it for a while. Search engines love blogs and if you have any talent at writing compelling content, blogs can be quite lucrative.

    I definitely think you can make a LOT of money from blogs. Check out the links in my signature for some tips.

    You could either go the way of multiple niche Adsense-optimized weblogs
    Or take the time to build a few authority blogs to sell links and ads.

    Some bloggers (but very few) are making over $500K per year from blogs. By combining different advertising streams, there's the potential for very good money with enough traffic.

    Not only can you make money from blogs, but blogs can help drive traffic to your main site, if you have one. My blog is hosted on my domain, so that is how I update my site regularly with fresh, unique content.

    There is a lot of money waiting for blogs. SE love blogs and people love them as well.

    with a blog it's easy to get hundreds of first spots at Google. It's easier that with a website.

    I have a wordpress blog on all my sites.

    Install the bankroll plugin.

    Then advertise you are selling blog posts on your site. They go to your site and submit a post and pay. You review and publish. Rinse and repeat.

    I have 9 blogs and make a decent living at it. BUT I work many hours a day and pour money into them to make them attractive for my purposes. It can be done but don't think it is as simple as slapping up a post about your kids, dog, or what you ate today and poof you are rich LOL.

    if you can update your blogs daily and write your content , u can earn good money from your blogs.Not only by publishing ads from ppc campaings like adsense , but also selling affiliate products in your blogs categories.

    I agree. I have found that people have found my blog for search terms that were in a previous post , many times that I don't think I would have gotten from a regular website.
    Everything I have is wordpress also, I love them.
