Can we DP members team up together and work on something large?

So...what's going on...what are we doing? Where can we discuss it?

Suggestion- We need a private forum somewhere where you invite those who are interested(who've posted in this thread) where we can discuss the nitty gritty...and find out the nitty gritty LOL

may be i can help i hav good knowledge about managing forums and sites...i know HTML and learning C++..

 

I can do Seo, Photoshop work, and directory submissions. Count me in too, if you need some extra working hand.

 

This is a great idea. I am interested. I can write, do a bit of seo. Can help organize the people interested. My two cents suggestions:

1. A venue, here in is DP is good start. Could be a private forum just for this large project.
2. A committee to facilitate what project, and who (people) for the project.
3. A virtual fund to pay everyone for each effort contributed, say, issue 10 million shares ...par value determined after 6 months revenue generated...so people can redeem the value or trade the shares. The value can fluctuate depending on everyones effort exerted.

Interesting suggestion. I already asked chandubhai via pm if all the members get stock options(applicable to those interested and actually do something who are recruited initially from this thread-if that makes sense?)

If this is a serious commercial venture,we're not limited to just corresponding via dp.
Depending on the scope and nature of this undertaking(there is so much we could do pooling our resources-sky's the limit here).
I would suggest setting up a basic secure private forum anywhere. Maybe separate to dp.
We can always update dp members as to progress and use dp for promotion when the time comes.

as for the shares..How would we be issued shares? We all live in different countries..how is the legal stuff going to work? I don't particularly want to give out financial details over the net/get a lawyer and I don't want a electronic message IOU. If the shares were offered through official means via a secure third party.. It probably makes me sound noobish,as much as I know on shares I have never owned any or traded or been part of a start up before..so it's all new to me!

10 million shares between about 40 people..thats 250k shares each! whoa..*drools* even if the share is worth $5ea thats 1.2million dollars..(depending on opening price)...

I'm good at R&D as well..and ideas generation..
