Can we display google ads on search results page?

Hmm, having a hard time trying to understand what google try to deliver from their terms & condition and program policies. So I really need a quick answer here. I decide not to use the google search, and use my own site search because I would like more control on the search results page. But, I see the search results page is the best place to put google ads, so is this comply with the google policies? Here is the example http://www.osx-e.com/search/search.php?searWords=panther&Send=Search

If anyone here say no, I will remove the ads immediately, but I just really need a quick answer thats why I'm not emailing google because might take a while for them to reply.

Thats fine, If it was me, I would have the ads above it, with no HVbar either, but thats just me =)

Finally, got a reply from google. Now, I can happily put three ads on my search results page.

Just send my site for optimization request too, ask them to review whether its comply with their policies. Better that way rather than they found out them self that my site is not comply.
