Can we create a firewall for forum or website??

    Hello guys.
    in last few days my site is under a attack of bot. They can't do any thing because of my strong anti spam setting. But they consume almost 1.2 Gb in single day. So can we avoid their access to forum??
    Any one knows how to achieve this there should me IP trigger system so we easy to add any particular service provider.
    Please let me know if you know anything about this.
