Can we complain to Google & where?

    A website ranked on top with adwords is legal, but why that same website is showing on first page on SEO basis too?
    This then shows a No Fair playing ground

    Ideally what shows in the SERPs is independent of what advertising is shown. There are claims of positive bias but it sounds like you think advertisers should be penalised?

    Not penalised, but they should not come up top in SEO too, if they already are ranking with adwords.
    SERPs are not independent as their algorithms are just sucking/connected with money, where is the fair play in that, you pay there too and still not come up.
    SEO segment should be removed, it is just a cover up of making more money with no guaranteed results
