Can we cheat on blog age?

    payperpost and reviewme require blog to be at least 3 months old. I wonder if we create a new blog now and set the date/time back to 3 months ago.. will this work?:p

    Just wondering though...

    might work if the domain was also 3 months old. if not it would not work.

    Remember, they also have a net 30 day payment - so the chances of being found out and not being paid is quite high.

    I made a PHP Script to change the post time in PHPBB. It had to be changed in 3 different locations.

    my guess is no, especially since sites like archive.org can provide proof that it's not that old.

    People who cheat bring the whole system down. It just de-values the usefulness of thw whol blog advertising scene. If you devalue it, then advertisers are not as willing to pay and ALL bloggers lose.

    So, just think about the bigger picture and not your short term greed.
