    Hi there,

I want to know that can we give a Adsense-enabled website to anyone (after removing the Adsense code) and new owner of the website add his own Adsense code.

Is it allowed by Google Adsense?

    Regards

adsense enabled sites are being sold on a regular basis. there are some people who actually have a business model of buying sites that earn income from adsense. you can sell your site and if your site is with good standing with adsense, then new owner can put his/her adsense code in it. 100% allowed by adsense

It's confirmed. The practice is allowed. If the current adsense enabled site is sold to a new buyer, then the person can always remove the codes and replace with new ones.
Out of topic, you can even use your adsense account on multiple sites so there's actually no restrictions on whether one site has to stick to one owner codes.

You don't need to remove the AdSense code. Live the format as is, if you like it. Just change the pub number.

it is definitely not a problem.. i used to put adsense on 2 websites.. however, one of them are to be converted into my company adsense account and so i just changed all the adsense codes for that particular website... now receiving 2 checks from each separate adsense accounts.. thus a particular website are permitted to change adsense owners every now and then no problem..
