Can we challenge DP for an unnecessary ban?

    Hi All,
I am Sunita Rana a full time teacher in India, got banned (id:suni12) just because my husband(id:suniyog) got banned and had similar id as mine. We share same internet connection therefore, its obvious to have same IPs. Most probable reason he got banned is his multiple IDs at DP.
Anyway, I sent a personal message to admin or webmaster of this forum 2weeks back, but have not received any reply till date. Therefore, I decided to post this feedback here.
By seeing my previous posts it can be clearly judged that me and my husband shared different computers and I had a non working 'c' key of my keyboard. I was using < or k instead of c.
Is DP acting as a dictator? There non responding attitude reflects there dictator behavior.
Thats all I had to say. My appeal to Administrator here is to lift ban on my ID suni12. I shall never again use this current ID, therefore, it doesn't matter if this ID is banned. But it would be disheartening if no one takes action on my feedback.

So you decided 4 days ago to start a new id 'imnew' and ask about hosting and now you want to say that you hadn't planned on using this id for anything but to ask about challenging a ban? Why not choose a user name like 'Iwasbannedwrongly'?

    Mary,
Are you mocking? The first message I posted just to verify that whether I can post or not. Today I gathered courage to post here. Thats all.

My opinion: your new user account should be banned, along with your other two. Being that your husband and wife, you both could have shared the same account.

Having two accounts when you both are committed to each other is suspicious. DP doesn't need anymore suspicious users.

Along with that, MaryMary did have a good point too.

Not mocking at all, simply trying to get an idea of why you chose the user id imnew when obviously you aren't.

WOW How many id's did your husband have?

    Egs,
I appreciate your opinion. Is it possible to share same account? I don't think so. My husband is full time on internet. But I login for few minutes in a day.
My husband advised me to join DP to participate in discussions here. I was never aware of the fact that a mod approval is necessary before sharing same IP. Though we never supported each other here.
    To Mary
I am not aware of his activities here. He himself told me that he was banned because of multiple IDs. Now he says he stays away from DP.

It would make sense for husband and wife to share an account...you're sharing a life together, whether that be in the real world or cyber world.

    EGS,
You are very true. But I/we never thought/discussed at this point. I asked him that I would like to start using the internet, after his advice I started using DP. Which I began to like soon.
Well, I was not aware of all these complications, rules etc. To tell you the truth I have never visited another forum till date. Now I realise that advising any one to discuss or post at DP is no good unless he or she has a prior experience of discussing at other forums.

Karl, I don't mind that. But is there any way that you guys will listen to my plea?
I have done worst by creating a new account, But is it justified that I don't receive a reply to my mail/PM? Is every time a member is wrong not any mod etc?
