Can we buy traffic and is it safe for adsense?

I've seen in the traffic subforum of DP where people are selling traffic. Is it ok to take that? Is that traffic adsense safe? I'm afraid because i dont want to screw up my adsense account for this traffic. So please reply asap so that i could take a decision. They're offering PPC 1000unique visitors for $3. So please advice..

Don't ever buy traffic if you have adsense. Google doesn't like low quality traffic. Concentrate on ranking for your chosen keywords.

Don't buy traffic, google has lists of the bigger traffic providers and they ban you for using those. It's agains the TOS to drive traffic for the purpose of people clickng on your ads.

What you could do is buy traffic to a page with no adsense and then if people like your ite, they will navigate to diffrent pages which have adsense.

That is legal as it's not automated and the visitor has to make a conscious choice of going to the new page.

Oh.. That's a good idea. Dunno if it will work but i'm Quite curious to know if it will. So will try for my blog and put a link of other blog out there which has adsense. Thanks a zillion for this Tip!!! Atleast i'll have the chance of trying out the options cuz my current traffic rate sucks like hell.

it is safe, but all it does is increase your stats and your bandwidth, it is not ussually quality traffic that will help you make money

Okie.. Now i am quite confused. Few people say it is against ToS and few say it is safe. Could someone validate and ruleout and justify with proper reasons so that it would be more clear. Thanks for your time in advance.

As the poster before said, it is against Adsense TOS to buy traffic. Most of those who complain about getting banned have bought traffic.

    Peace,

Adwords, yahoo, microsoft, and a few more - these are considered quality traffic providers. try sending pixel traffic, iframe traffic, pop up, pop under, ptc, pts, autos and etc traffic to pages with adsense. You will get a warning if your account is an established one, or you would get banned if your account is a new one.

After all these responses, thankfully baunmann answered with something useful. Rep added.

If you purchase auto-generated traffic expect an e-mail from Google's AdSense. Like Baumann explained, there are some high-quality traffic providers through PPC such as Google/Yahoo/Microsoft using their services.

LOL! Where does it say that? Did YOU read the TOS? Personally, I don't buy traffic, but there is NOTHING that I could find saying it's against TOS... Please provide link to that.

Anyway, purchasing traffic is fine but like others have mentioned, the quality may jeopardize your account, NOT the purchase itself. I wouldn't buy 1,000 visitors for $3. That's 1/3 of a cent per visitor. Quality can't be that good.

From what I've seen Adsense rewards you for your HARD work so when they see you trying to do things the easy "lazy' way they punish you for it. Just MHO from what I've noticed in various threads. Wor hard, Get Paid, Go about things the "easy way" and get fired lol.

Got an account banned from using GoClick. Wouldn't recommend 2nd tier PPC providers either.

bought traffic of this quality is generally useless. It can jeopardize your adsense account and I doubt you'll make any money of it
