Can We Be Banned By Just Viewing Our Site Again And Again

    Clicking ads on our own sites are definately no - no with google, but does viewing our site several times in a day makes us run a risk of getting banned with google adsense in any way. Hope there is no restriction as per their CPM policy ? :confused:

    When you refresh the page, it generates some invalid impressions but it is ok since you are the owner of the site ;)

    No you wil not banned for visitig yoru site again and again you can see. Even I also do this some time wheather my site is properly working or not.

    never ban looking ur site again and again
    Take example for forum , admin must view and see all the page which 3rd person posting because admin must check any illegal posted by person......
    so admin can check more then 200 or more
    this example you will understand...........

    No. You are not going to get banned. But the only thing that is affected is your CTR. every time you open yur website, its counted and your ctr will not look good.

    That is really good point.Every time you visit your own page.It will affect the CTR and reduce your share on click of any ad......;)

    Some times it affect a lot...
