    You should read the adsense TOS... that's against the TOS to have to publisher IDs on the same page

    why will it be against TOS ? there might be two people running the site , so two accounts there, i dont think it violated TOS unless someone puts an official word from google here.

    It's allowed due to which the same with sharing mod.
    but both of account owner can't be the same guy.

    Long story short : No more than 2 publisher_IDs on the same page
    You can use 2 IDs but not both at the same page load
