You can try to use it, but there is no guarantee that Google won't try to suit you in the court, once they notice you are using their trademark name in your domain.

Thank you guys for your replies.
I afraid that they can suit me in the court because of trademark name.
But,on the other hand, there are some websites that use ''google'' in their domain.
Didn't google do something, what do you think?
I will try ''let to do and see''.I hope google won't do anything :)
Is there any case that someone knows about this issue?

well, it doesnot matter what you domain name is when you are using it for whatever but if you are looking to apply adsense then you must need to be careful, cuz such kind of domain names fall under the category of cyber squatting. so cheer up if you are not using it for adsense.

I think you can't use Google with your domain because its a registered trademark of Google business

NO you can not if your going to put adsense on it. I use to own a domain with google TV in it and got a warning from Adsense that having "google" in the domain name was against their TOS

I don't think it is a nice way to do so! Google may suit you for the duplicate domain element. That is a terrible thing to a webmaster!

Don't use trademarked domains. There are many other "voucher" domains available for use.

I think there's no problem to use it, there's no reason for google to blame.
