    There are lots of SEO tools available in the market. You have not given any clear idea about for which work purpose you require seo tools. For me SEO webmaster tool of GOOGLE DIRECTORY is the best tool. It has lots of options that helps you.

    if you're looking for a SEO tool for backlinking, I totally suggest you scrapebox, it's not very expensive also. If you can't afford it then buy some cheap backlinks services from a good provider ;).
