    there are so many reasons for someone to get banned. like clicking your own ads or asking someone as a volunteer clicker, etc.

    what should you do?

    maybe you can try it clicks and clicks your adsense ads in your site everyday...

    this famous style is very helpfull to get you banned for you adsense account. go try in one and you tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... get banned faster.

    do don't click your ads adsense by yourself or by networking with your friend to click and clicks... say good bye to your adsense account if you do this nightmare important thing...

    What if I modify and test my site everyday at least three to four time.....will it be counted as page impressions? I dont click any of ads just check if everything is ok or not with my site.

    If I shouldn't visit my site three to four times a day then what should I do to check it regularly.....any guideline?

    I think google is very serious about clicks. But few you generate 5 times more pageimpression than visitors. You will get banned.

    Is checking my site 5 times a day cause us to get banned or how people in this case check their web site, (as a my site is proxy one and I should check it time to time to make sure it is working properly).... Any help?
