    e.g.

    whitehouse.com -> sounds like a gov't based site?

    Like Sambaraj said you will be threatened by big ones, but other than that as far as I understand as long as you follow the laws of the country the site's based in you should be fine.

    If you try to trick kids into visiting a porn site you might be violating criminal laws.

    p.s. Using the trademarked term 'realtor' as your name here is likely to get you in trouble. Even if you were a licensed realtor, I do not think they would allow you to combine their trademarked term with the term 'dishonest'. Good luck with that once they find you here.

    It would depend on the look and intention of the site.
    If the domain name had libellous connotations etc

    The difference between satire and maliciousness will be up to the jury!
    Be careful with taking on large corps who can bleed you of your money in court costs before it even comes to a decision .

    The name is completely irrelevant. Unless you're using a trademarked name or disobeying the law you won't have any problems. But why would you want to make a website with a name like realestate.something and have putang on it? I don't get it.
