    Yes please increase font size and for the placement use vertical ads on left sidebar.

    1.Change the font size, to be more precise, increase the font size.
    2.The green on ur site is a big NO NO. It does not blend in perfectly with the website design.
    3.Align all the images to the center, for every post.
    4.Do not post entire matter on to the main page. Use <!---more----> tags.

    Like the others said, increase font size. Also i think google actually released some statistics about which ad placements have the best conversion.
