Ok, assuming your site is as SEO freindly as it should be and you do nothing else...... and as your product or site for whatever reason starts and continues to get very high organic traffic.... will that traffic alone give you good rankings?(I dont mean PR either!)
Just having traffic won't automatically give you SERPs. Good traffic can help your rankings though. If your site is good, some of those visitors will link to your site.
its actually the other way around, good SERP ranking will bring you traffic if you are doing SEO. you would not have good traffic if you didn't have good ranking, not unless you are doing PPC or other ways of getting direct traffic which will not help your serp ranking
In SEO there is no only One factor which can boost your SERP high. For good ranking all factors must need. Good traffic, unique content, On page optimization, off page optimization, good backlinks, etc...
google ranking is not depend on website traffic, but good traffic depend on google ranking. i think if you have good ranking in google then you will get good traffic means good ranking will help you for traffic., but if your traffic going well then it is not helpful in google ranking.
Agree with the above members have said, it's the good SERP that may help increase your site's traffic and it's not the traffic that provides you a good SERP..
