Can thread title be changed on request ?

    I was offering banners/headers design for $5 for some months but anything can not be sold for $5 or below $5 in services section . now my thread is in freebies section but i want it in design section .

    should i create new thread following the rule ?

    or my thread title can be changed and placed in BST/services/design section again ?

    Please help !
