    hmm.............ask him where is his source of traffic. if he says from search engines, then he is not being truthful. The domain has no backlink.

    Traffic is the most important part. You can make $50 if you want or $100 per day if you want. It all depends on the traffic.

    It is possible especially if they carefully pick the keyword targets that have high bids in Google Adwords PPC and pay them more with just a few clicks. I also think that website made such money because it's only a parking domain with the adsense as it's only click-through contents.

    better you try to get site .. not only domain... :)
    if you want make $50 daily.. you must work hard to get : backlink, traffick, etc..
    this is not easy step..but you can hire people to get link, etc..
    so.. why not invest your money for it..
    build your site, and hire people services about trafficc , backlink.. etc..

    Dear All,

    Thank you for the help. It seems this site does make $50 a day. I am not buying it though as the traffic is not from the search engines. The owner redirects traffic from the forums he owns. He showed me the effect by linking the website to one of my adsense accounts and making $300 in a hour. He is crazy, I am afraid I might loose my account so I bid him good bye. Thank you for the suggestions.

    He's lying to you, stop any communication with this guy.. Of course you can send a lot of traffic to anywhere, but you first need to have this traffic and more on other sites. So this domain alone will earn you $0 exactly..

    It's highly doubtful that the guy is making $50 a day, especially $50 of profit. The likelihood that the website garners much traffic is low. I can see being able to make money if there was sufficient traffic, but with no content drawing users in that will be quite difficult. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it! Look for a website that has proof of stable traffic and a low bounce rate.

    The site doesn't have any real content, so even though the domain is good, it will have almost no SERP value.
