Can this site make GOOD money?

An old buddy of mine just launched hist site ( top-best-themes.com) and he was telling me that in few months of time he could pull off 4 figure income easily.

I wonder how he could accomplish this. I am too planning to start one like this but only if its profitable one. Another problem is all good domains are gone.

I need to hear some advice on this.

This is not such a good site because is not an original idea. There are many sites like it. If you want money make premium themes.

The themes market is highly saturated!

It would take alot of good unique themes to make it work and i cant really see you getting many people to remember that domain name ... its pretty horrible!

I don't think so. Like already said before, there are a plenty of those sites.

This site don't even mean what it says. When the title reflect as free themes, people expect the theme to be able to download instantly and not paying to get it. My guess is this site will not last long.

Simple answer. I don't think so.

It's not free-content, it's not content hosted by the website owner (As far as I can see anyway)

I can't understand how you can get money of it.

    Want money?
Free templates - A huge collection though, great SEO, some adverts.
Paid templates - You need a lot of skill, time, effort and you probably will not earn that much, you can earn more selling your templates to a company for them to resell.

It's possible. The niche is saturated so it's going to be difficult. Unless he can provide premium themes that are unavaliable elsewhere, it's close to impossible for him to make $X,xxx a month.

If the site is good, which it is not, it can easily make four figures ($1,000), a lot of competitors, or not.

It all boils down to getting quality traffic to that site.

This is a very saturated market, but if it somehow shines through the clutter than that all goes away.

Making money from Premium sites. How many people have already tried it and failed because they never give a close look at their competitor. Seriously, if I'm going to change my theme then I would be looking for some free theme and then I would just modify it. It is very easy to make one.

If you are going to cater to those big fish out there then you would be competing against the best. What can you offer that they can't offer?

yeah this exact niche is probably saturated but if your friend knows anything about it at all and the site has aged some I don't doubt that he could probably do a thousand a month in ad sales.

I agree with DrPep, but also programs like the one inmy signature do work, i mean these programs who dream big and do small arent always scams. You just got to follow steps properly to make money
