Can this one get me in trouble???

I bought this domain couple of months ago and i still don't know if its allowed to have a domain like this? I parked it and it had 1,185 Total page impressions in January so i would like to know if its worth anything. Tnx

 

Probably because google are big on folks who are using their trademark.

 

Google is a major corporation and major corporations spend a lot of time and effort protecting their marks ... i.e. anything with 'Google' in it.... I would get rid of it ... is it really worth the potential headache ? Just my 2 cents.

 

This is a blatant TM infringement, drop the name asap

Definitely. Believe me, you don't want to get sued by the mother of all search engines.

 

Ok i decided to leave the adsense for domains on it and google sent a check a week ago so i'm guessing it's all ok for google then? It has ~1500 total page impressions per month so maybe if i make it to be some blog about Slovenia and do some seo it could have some traffic and maybe someone from Slovenia buys it.

 

Its a TM as we all mentioned before, get rid of the name, it can only lead to trouble

That was just plain rude. I see not one reason why would anyone lie about something like this in appraisals forum. Aren't we here just to see if our domains worth anything or not? Why lying and getting false information in return? And why do you think its squatting. It could be just a blog with news about google, something like this google.blogspace.c0m. Nevertheless that was a good advice, so, tnx anyway.

Im gonna give up on this one as it's unlikely that anyone will buy it and i can't make a blog in slovenian so no need for more replies. Tnx everyone. Cheers

That is blatantly infringing on their trademark, why would they send you a check, a C&D letter is more likely to appear in your letterbox

Regging names with "Google" or "Microsoft" or "Twitter" is just not the way to go.
