Can this be done?

    I want design a website and use an rss feed from a article directory site, have the articles displayed on my site and somehow dynamically add the keywords and article titles to the page. Has anyone done this before?

    It can be done, and is done hundreds of times every hour. That's why Google have a duplicate content filter!

    I have some articles on using RSS feeds at http://www.itamer.com/adding-rss-to-your-website/223/ - how you structure the page (title, h1 etc) is up to you.

    One such script that works with wordpress and pulls in RSS feeds is the FeedWordPress plugin over at radgeek

    You would have to write custom code to do the keywords

    You will - just don't expect it to be some brilliant, novel way to build your site and boost your income. Make sure you have a sound business reason to do it.
