I just boought a domain name that was first indexed by google back in 2005 , the site was active until 2007 ,the previous owner abandon it .

Do Google see this domain as an old domain or new domain?

    Thanks :)

i have the same question, as i recently got a domain then tried to add it to bidvertiser, it said it already existed in another publisher account, i did some googling and found somebody owned it back in 2007 and was trying to sell it on a whole bunch of forums, and there was advertisements for it, it expired and i then thought of the domain and registered it recently, it shows up as being created 2 weeks ago though, so im curious too

I'm not very clear about your question. Do you mean only the website is not active until 2007? You should differentiate it from the domain name. If you keep renewing your domain, it would be active all the time regardless of the condition of the website.
