Can they sue me for abusing their service?

A noname affiliator company I were a member of had a really bad click system.
For each time a link were opened, I got 0.25 US. This means I could just copy and paste this link to all of my msn contacts, forum links etc. I did and earned around 200 US. They still haven't noticed/cared about it.
So I still don't have the money..but I abused their service.

Once I wasn't really aware of what it could cause, but starting to worrying me now.

Depends on what the TOS you signed with them says, but almost certainly yes. Unlikely that they'd sue you if they haven't paid you yet. They'll just not send you money.

IF they dont pay you, you dont need to worry about that.
But they seem to ignore your request, you can let more people know this company.

I believe the word choice you used in your title is worth a mention.

Clearly you're doing something you know you're not supposed to, and at the point that (if they pay out) you've fraudulently earned a lot of money, and potentially opened them up to large scale abuse, their clients may come knocking and they may be forced to fix their mistake.

When it comes to items concerning real money, it's best to err on the side of caution - your risks here clearly outweigh any benefits, and should they choose to per sue litigation, you could get hosed to the tune of way more than a mere $200. That said, it could also be a menial amount of money to them and they may never notice, but it's probably not worth it.

How long has it been since you've earned the money/have they already initiated a payout cycle for the period for which you *acrued* that money?

I don't want to say it here, you can PM me. It's swedish anyway.

It's been like 4-5 months now. I didn't request my checkout yet, I'm too afraid.

Most they would do is cancel the chargeback for fraud and maybe even suspend your account. They wont waste time and money (more than $200) in trying to sue you...
