Can the postman sign my items if i leave a note?

    hello i have some items coming today but i will be at work so i left a note for the postman to leave the item inside the shed in the garden and if he could sign it himself for me as it was sent 'recorded delivery'


    is this allowed by any chance? (i did say please) lol :p

    Well you can have him leave it in the shed as you asked, but for the delievery confirmation, i doubt they're accountable for you signature even with a note.

    I mean look at it, anybody could of written a note ya know, so i dont think he's allowed to do so.

    Yea np.

    Just a simple thought of it, a lot of times you can asked for delievery confirmation by just leaving them where you want them, as stated it would be on you, as they did deliever them from a scan code they can use that it was delievered.

    I did the same with my postman, he left a note back for me--that read "Go To Hell!!":)
