Can the Bing Ads Dev API be used for keyword research? (whereas the AdWords API cannot?)

    The AdWords API cannot be used for keyword research - they restrict it for PPC use only. So if you wanted to use the Keyword generation tools via API for keyword research, they'll kill your token.

    Does the Bing Ads Dev Center API have the same restrictions?
