I have used many more techniques for link building like social bookmarking, blog commenting, forums, etc. I would like to know more about Link Wheels. I want to use one more. But I have no more information on it
This is the evolution of the link wheel. In the original wheel everything was connected - literally creating a path from one site to another. That path - or footprint - became obvious to the search engines. Today we no longer create link wheels that are inter-connected. They are created so that there is no direct path through the wheel to every site - no footprint.
Essentially, a link wheel leverages the power of highly ranked Web 2.0 sites to build targeted backlinks back to your sites. This works because certain Web 2.0 properties like Hubpages, Squidoo, WordPress, and others allow you to publish your own content on these sites AND allow you to add your own backlinks to this content as well. Google loves these sites and often times your posted content can rank very well on their own.
Create web 2.0 properties, post spun, human readable contents and connect them with one another. That's it!
You can also check Link Tree. Link Trees is an advanced link wheel which basically cannot be detected using any algorithm discovered right now. Or You can check this one advanced link wheel.
