Can Take any Website or Company & Make Them #1 on Yahoo, Msn, Alta Vista etc.....

Hi, I am not a SEO or do I do this for a living. I have not even went to school for this. I have owned several websites in the past in all areas(fashion,Retail,Services etc...) and every single site I have ever owned was #1 and even #1 and #2 spots under any term I ever wanted ( all self taught) It took me a while and many sites before I finally was able to do it everytime. You can check it for yourself. I am the owner of WestchesterApartments.net If you read my front page and use any term that my site will be associated with I am always #1. I started to do this for a few of my friends and sure enough within 6 weeks they were #1 too. Again I do not do this for a living although I realize that it can be profitable for me. Alot of these big companies charge you an arm and a leg to do this and they only promise top 10. I can guarantee Top 3 within 6-8 weeks sometimes within only 2 weeks. I started my site only 9 months ago and already have had almost a million hits from people I want to come to my site. This is targeted traffic. Like I said all the money we spend as webmasters link here, link there, advertisments etc.... Can cost a fortune over time. Can you provide some examples of competitive terms that you hold number one positions for, terms which bring in traffic. I believe an example like this would get more people interested in your services.

If you guys read the title, it says YAHOO! MSN ALTAVISTA and ect... it didnt say Google he meant the Msn engine and the yahoo ones.
