In case some of you are not aware, there is a law against email spammers. In fact, the law is now 5 years old. - http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Security/5-Years-After-CANSPAM/ The law seem to be strict, but many are saying that it is not sufficient. Although there were news last year that MySpace won a case against its spammers. From my point of view, spamming will not end until some online business owners and Internet marketers will initiate it. I am not sure how much they earn from this activity, but I think it's time to be responsible enough. I believe there are still better ways to attract potential customers other than being a good spammer.
