Can somone tell me if this is real or photoshopped?

With so many heated discussions going on about Obama and McCain, I thought this would give us a breather. Could someone tell me if this is real or photoshopped?

 

Can't say for sure.... it looks realistic, but technology is so advanced, chances are it's more of a photoshopped image.

 

I think it's real. If you'll watch the 3rd debate, this was after the end. McCain did a kind of double take as to which direction to go to exit - hands up, eyes pop, and, what you have here. He followed Obama out and around the table. It's a weird mannerism that he has, actually.
