One thing you can look for are RSS feeds of content. Another option is to look for content providers that will license to you are allow you to reproduce on your site. Try yellowbrix.com or feedzilla.com
I think theres some software out there called "rss2blog" which takes feeds and automatically posts to your blog, never used it so i cant really comment on it.
One comment about auto content. Make sure that if you reproduce content published somewhere else in the web your page will at some point of time be classified as "suplemental results" and receive no traffic. Exclusive content rules.

This is generaly not a good thing to do. I heard a story once when one individual notice that another individual was stealing his content via RSS and publishing it on his website. The actual owner of the website, build a specific RSS for the ip address of the content grabber and fed it viagra and cialis content. Be advised, never steal content. :/
