can somone help

    You can look at their scroller (Scroller.js) and learn how it works. Then you can apply a similar method to your site.

    Try looking on dynamic drive www.dynamicdrive.com. They have lots of cool javascript for almost anything you can imagine

    You can surely find such scripts online, but I personally dislike this solution. It doesn't work without JS, without a mouse and it scrolls pretty slow.
