    After you extract u find a proxy template in html format. I dont need it converted to a proxy theme, i just need some html editted. I tried doing it myself but was unable to...

    will provide rep+ to whoever can do this:

    Like the form with the surf button, add 3 more forms below it without a surf button...and i also need simple text above each form like: form1, form2, etc...

    Download a zip file from a stranger? Are you CRAZY? How do we know you have not included malware in the zip file?

    Post your code in the open where we can see it. If we need to, we can cut & paste it from there without risk of infection.

    U can preview the zip before you actually open it. If you want u can scan it.

    The zip contains a .CSS file, .HTML file and a folder containing a few .GIF images...

    And no i'm not a stranger, I've been here for about a year!!!and hav a lot of posts...
