I think it's a ground up custom job. According to the CSS credits, the developers are : But both those sites go nowhere. Although I can't understand the text on the site you posted, you can probably use Joomla to create something similar. http://www.joomla.org/
Thank you for very much for taking the time to have a look for me! very much appreciated inded. I was hoping that it was perhaps built using a purchasable script of some sort. I', not overly keen on Joomla or the standard shopping carts systems! However it looks like it may have to be one of the Agora/Zen cart type systems after all! As i certainly don't have the required knowledge or experience to make an attempt at replicating something like that website! Neither do i have the budget to have a custom one made from scratch! Would you folks kindly recommend your favored Cart system/sites. A stable secure platform has to be no1 priority! Thank you once again Dave aka Scanlite
