I had a page to my site that was ranked on the number 1 spot for about a month. Shortly after I learned of the ranking. I noticed it start to slide down the search. So i choose to modify the page new meta title description and keywords still staying on target with its old keywords. I also then changed some of the pages content. When I was done as I always do after changing a page I resubmit to the social sites and ping the page using pingoat, pingomatic, and pingmyblog. I did this after I changed my permalinks on my blog as well and since I can not find most of my pages for my keywords. I know that some are relisted now but my ranking has depleted for my keywords.

What do I need to do to get my one page reindexed the page since I am still too new to the forum I can not add the hyperlink so here is the page. massivemarketers.com/loves/pyrabang . This page I need to get relisted asap since it is killing the refs I recieve to that program when I was getting atleast 2 signups a day for that page. As far as the other pages go they are for my blog.

You can get to from the page I listed there. Again that was due to a perma link change. Should I just change my permalinks back to the original crappy ?2re9df22 or leave as the title permalink. Thank you in advance everyone

Does your site/page new? Mostly they will rank then dropped, also when you changed it's url, google will see two pages with the same content now.

What is the URL of your new page? I understand that you changed the URL from something with a parameter ?2re9df22 to something new. If this is the case, you should use a permanent redirection. Code 302 I believe. I have not changed the URL, then it might be very strange to have your page unindexed. May be the content does validate and Google cannot crawl it. Post your new page, so we can check.

I can get my new pages reindexed with the new permalink that uses the title of the post as part of the link code example: old link was blahbla.com/?429fe3 new links are now blahbla.com/New-Permalink-Changed-To-This

I can get those pages reindexed simply by changing a few things on my allinoneseo tool for wordpress republishing the post then go ping with pingomatic pingoat and pingmyblog.

The page at question did not get a permalink change since it is a strict html format page. I made changes to seo the meta for better ranking. I also changed the page slightly. I added more content to the page. Since it is a affiliate page I make for my upgraded members and give to them for there promotion methods. I added about 4 paragraphs of content so that my page would stay indexed and there pages would compete for a spot on google listing. Since I made the changes My page fell off googles index. The page at question is in the sig tis the pyrabang page. Also when I changed the page I did load it with one particular keyword that I think is sitting at around 4% on the page. Could this be the issue should I knock the main keyword down to be around 2% again well it was at .9% before and I was hitting the number 1 spot. I also changed the video. To a newer video. Well actually I had 4 out of 5 spots on the front page for the main keyword. Now I have none. I think My videos even the newest one just published a few weeks ago is sitting on page 3 or 4. Then i own almost all of page 5 and on page six I occupy about 4 or five spots 2-3 videos 2-3 articles and 2-3 press releases or blog post.

Everytime you change a page, google thinks its a new page. So the original might get delisted, and the new page might take a few minutes, hours, days to get relisted.

A lot of it depends on the page of the site and how well its ranked in google. Older mature sites will usually get their pages listed in minutes. While new sites might take days or week to get listed.

So by making changes to the page, your keeping it in a big circle. Leave the pages alone, let them get listed and ranked. Older pages will usually get ranked better in google, as compared to new pages. This also is realted to your sites age. Old pages from old sites rank better then new pages from new sites.

I think that is was unindexed because google thinks that your page either has duplicate content, either no or few backlinks or either it was blocked by google.
