Can someone tell me what CMS was used to develop this site?

    While I’m not necessarily in love with the look of this website, I love the navigation etc. Can anyone tell me what CMS might be used to create a site like this?

    I can't seem to find much to indicate what it's using, except to say it's PHP (which you probably knew already). Perhaps send a msg and ask them?

    I don't know the CMS, but it looks like it uses PHP and Smarty.
