http://www.surfingagain.com/ Is simple which is good for user(truth is I'm not a designer and cgi is a pain to mod) Just wondering if anyone can tell me how it is or atleast this is not that bad maybe? thanks Alienmare
Meh, it sucks big time. http://www.cometquery.com/work/proxytemplate // Download, just drop into the same folder as cgi-proxy! http://www.cometquery.com/work/proxytemplate/Proxy.zip
Ah....Almost every proxy site I see is whored with adsense... No offense though. I suggest making tables to organize your advertisements. And try to implement css into your design. It's not that difficult to mod perl. You can do it =P
Yeah, I agree with Finale, and I have encorparated the design aspects of clean ads in http://www.cometquery.com/work/proxytemplate I think personally clean ads get better CRT, more adverts = user blanks them fully.
thanks tvcokecan for the template, the reason why I kinda mod the perl instead of using a theme index page like the one you got is because if someone go directly to the cgi page, it won't show the design like this at all, which means i will have to mod the perl, anyway, let me see if i can mod the whole page with your design, thanks for all the opinion
The idea for the tables is good, but why you are not making them equal width. Also work on the type creating a consistent set of fonts for all parts of your site.
Well for the ads, i don't see much myself, adbrite seems to have some problem, i don't really see the ads myself, and for the table width, just don't want to be so bored when you look at it if they are the same width and i think it will not look good if the middle table don't have much on the side, does that make sense?? for the fonts, which one you are talking about since there are really no much text on the site
