hopefully everyone is having an awesome day, Im currently planning my new sports website. Everything is down on paper but basically I am looking for a CMS that would allow me to have the following:
-RSS feeder (will get feeds from newspaper, magazines)
-Members to be able to upload their photos (it is a sports website/fan photos)
    -Classifieds
    -Link Page to team blogs

Right now I am inclined to WordPress as I am more confterable and very satisfied with it but will spend time to learn a new CMS. The only problem is I cannot find a plugin/addon for members of the cummunity to upload their pictures. Thanks in advance

    -Alex

Take a look at the demos of the major CMS systems at www.opensourcecms.com

Joomla is a first point of call. The RSS is standard, and there are components to do all the rest for a $0 outlay. All you need is time.

I'll also suggest Joomla, it has tons of modules/components that will help you achieve your goal , thus its too heavy (if you run it on shared host and there lots of hits admins will contact you :) ) If you expect traffic get a dedicated server or find a classifieds script that have members, links and rss.
